Pomegrante, Pear and Goat Cheese Crostini

- 1 baguette, cut into ¼ inch thick slices
- ¼ cup olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 package spreadable goat cheese
- 1 large pear, sliced into thin halves
- ½ cup pomegranate arils
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake until golden, (about 15 minutes), rotating sheets halfway through baking.
- Spread goat cheese on bread slices. Top with pear slices, pomegranate arils, and a pinch of walnuts. Drizzle with honey as desired.
