6 Amazing Everyday Soaps To Try Now

6 Amazing Soaps to try now: for the kitchen, for cleaning makeup brushes, for the kids and more! | www.chicandsugar.com

The little bodies in my house get their hands on lots of things…and lots of germs. Below are 6 amazing everyday soaps to try now:

1) Cucina Purifying Hand Wash Coriander and Olive Tree. Two words: Smells. Amazing. This is my favorite soap on the planet. Once I ordered it, there was no going back. I have never smelled something so distinct and fresh. Even though “cucina” means “kitchen,” I secretly pour this into my hand soap dispensers in almost every bathroom. The soap shown above comes in a nice large glass bottle that sits near your sink. You can re-fill it with this handy refill container that you can keep under the sink. This soap is kinda pricey, but totally worth the splurge, in my opinion. Did I mention it smells amazing?

2) Palmolive Soft Touch with Coconut Butter. I bake a lot. With lots of things that can’t go in the dishwasher. I am constantly washing out bowls of batter and cookie pans. I used to just pick up any old dishwashing liquid when I ran low. However, a month or so ago I noticed that this dishwashing liquid actually kept my hands feeling soft instead of completely dried out.

3) Method Mickey Mouse Foaming Hand Wash. It can be difficult to get my 3-year old to wash her hands. I’ll buy anything that makes it a little bit more fun. This Mickey Mouse shaped bottle is perfect for the task.

4) Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castile Liquid Soap in Hemp Peppermint. There are many reasons to love this soap: its 100% organic, smells great, and works for sensitive skin. The Peppermint smell can be pretty strong when you first wash with it, but it opens up the sinuses like no one’s business. There are over a dozen fragrances of this soap and they come in a wide variety of sizes, so you can easily test which one works for you!

5) Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castile Unscented Baby-Mild Soap. How often do you wash your makeup brushes? I’ll admit, I haven’t been great about it in the past. This year, I am making it a routine to deep clean my brushes every Sunday. This is the perfect soap for the job! You can dab those bristles into this mild soap bar until they look like new.

6) Aquaphor Baby Gentle Wash & Shampoo. This is a new discovery. I love Aquaphor products for my girls because it helps relieve their mild eczema. This is less harsh on the skin than many other baby soaps. A close second favorite soap is Aveeno Baby because I love the fresh smell!

Do you have any favorite soaps that I should know about? I would love to hear about them!
